Its that time of the week when you just want to unwind, spend time with the family, do all those things that you would normally not to do during the course of the week. I for instance would love to shop for veggies, wash them, chop them for further processing and maybe indulge in a few movies. I Thought that its been a while since I did a food blog and so this quick one for a Saturday and here is the recipe: Take Gram Dal, Garam Masala Powder, Red Chilly Powder, and Turmeric Powder in a Vessel. Mix all the ingredients well. In a separate vessel have chopped vegetables kept aside. You can use a variety of vegetables like Capsicum, Onion, Potato or Brinjal, as per your choice.
